Sustainable Product Design (ME 519) is a graduate course offered at Oregon State University. The goal of the class is to create a product proposal as dictated by market research conducted during the course, but tenets of sustainability were included throughout the design process. The class was broken up into several teams, each tasked with a particular market to tailor it's product to. Each team had a project relating to improving the lifestyle of office workers, in particular, graduate students. Out team was given "working outside the office" as a product focus. In addition to serving a leadership role and involvement with design, I produced all of the drawings and animations for the project. An animation of the assembly can be found here.
